Job Summary
This is a technical role, providing post-sales support of the company products and services that requires developing and maintaining expertise on the products deployed or to be deployed within the Customer’s environment. The role will primarily focus on customer network improvements, feature testing, maintenance window support and supporting both critical and non-critical issues.
Job Responsibilities
- Delivering network design, deployment, and maintenance for the customers
- Preparing project-related documentation such as HLD, LLD
- Troubleshooting equipment and network problems and communicating with the partner/vendor representatives for problem resolution on pre and post-production issues
- Providing written reports of the project status, equipment, and network problems on a regular basis to the customer and internal teams
- Working closely with various technical teams to ensure knowledge transfer of the customer’s networks, issues, teams, and solutions. Keep management informed of all sensitive issues
- Participating in customer conference calls and/or face-to-face customer meetings to discuss technical issues
- Closely working with other sales and engineering team members
- Continuously learn and stay ahead of the industry and competitive solutions, products, and service
- Excellent knowledge of the company’s product and service lines
Skills and Qualifications
- At least 1 year of the last active experience in technical projects and customer support
- Intermediate or higher-level knowledge of English (Other languages are a plus)
- Strong verbal and written communication, and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience designing, deploying, and supporting LAN/WAN / Campus / Service Provider / Data Center / Security technology solutions (Cloud and automation solutions knowledge is a plus)
- Experience implementing and operating mid-large-scale network solutions
- Strong interpersonal, relationship, and communication skills with experience in customer-facing sales activities
- Proven technical capability, ability to learn quickly, and apply skills in new protocols and applications
- Proven knowledge and experience in Network Routing, Switching, Security protocols, and design
- Specialist or higher-level industry certification is desired (Juniper, Cisco, or other vendors)
Preferred
- Understanding specific end-user segments is a plus, e.g., mobile operators, data centers, cloud technologies, financial services, IT solutions, etc…
- Previous experience with technical products and solutions (network systems and technologies)
- Familiarity with Juniper Networks product line
